Inmate Phone Service

During the booking process an inmate can make free local calls. Please understand that most cell phones are not considered local. This phone is available for inmates to make calls to arrange bail, inform family of their circumstances or to reach an attorney. Booking phones can make collect calls outside of the local dialing area.

Once an inmate reaches population they can only make collect calls between 10 A.M - 10:30 P.M on weekdays and 10 A.M. - 12:30 A.M. on weekends. Detention Officers are not allowed to pass messages to inmates either written or verbal for any reason. Any correspondence must be mailed to the inmate and instructions on this process can be located here.
